Wedding Day Coordination
We offer a wedding day coordination second to none! Full execution of the days events and precise, flawless timing will relieve the bride and groom of all the responsibilities of their wedding day so they can enjoy every moment; stress free, worry free. These details include:
- Several consultation sessions (as needed) prior to the wedding
- Consultation with DJ/Light Techs & Couple to finalize music, speeches and timeline
- Supervision of the wedding rehearsal
- Confirmation of all final details; i.e. food, floral, linens, music, etc.
- Preparation of all essential lists and schedules
- Supervision of ceremony set up
- Supervision and execution of the cocktail hour & reception
- On-site direction of the wedding ceremony and reception
- End of the evening load out for all items including left over food and floral
